Rules:
1) Keep the discussion in ENGLISH so that everyone knows what is happening. We would delete the posts or conversation if they are not in ENGLISH.
2) Put in capital letters whether it is FOR RENT or whether you are SEARCHING, it makes it easier for the people :)
3) Do not post anything other than housing ads. If you have something to sell there is another group for that - religious beliefs included
4) Once you get a room or your room is rented just come back and DELETE the post. This way you won't get notifications or emails and the tenant knows he has to look elsewhere too :)
5) If you should have gotten a PM, then check your 'others' messages. Go to messages, 'see all' and on the top, next to inbox click on others. Also check that in the account privacy information you set that everyone can send you a message.
