I'm the child that nobody cares about. My name is not allowed to be spoken out loud by my own father who singlehandedly raised me since I was a baby.
I love him a lot.
We were on vacation when I was arrested by LAPD Officer Ibarra and cited for loitering while visiting my favorite elementary school I attended from Kindergarten to grade 2.
I was listed as a caucasion homeless California Resident when I was only on vacation and had a two bedroom home in Victoria BC Canada.
I was placed in a foster home in Carson, California and treated as a homeless American and I'm not even a US citizen, but don't tell Obama that, he doesn't care.
My father returned to Canada and attempted to file an order through the Supreme Court of British Columbia to have him "repatriated."
Unfortunately, my father's attorney Roger Bachelor collaborated with my father's lawyer in Los Angeles, on behalf of Joe Greene, Director of the Ministry of Children Family Development in Victoria, and the Department of Children and Family Services Los Angeles to have me illegally transported from the United States and into the care of the Victoria Ministry.
How did they do that?
Easy. They forged the documents of course! Didn't even get the counterfeit documents signed off by a judge nor a judicial officer, just created it on the computer of Sarah Baker from Roger Bachelor's firm, and waited for the hearing in Los Angeles to lie to the court and say that my father was in agreement with this arrangement.
Now here is where it gets exciting....
My father went through five different lawyers who each made attempts at screwing up the case but it's okay because when my father filed the documents exposing the scandal he was silenced in court and threatened to be held in contempt if he speaks.
He was surrounded by four sheriffs for the duration just to punctuate the point that he has no rights.
The judge looked at the documents and decided not to address them.
Instead, they stopped allowing visitation.
In June I was sent to the park unsupervised and I'm only 10!
My father was smart enough to record the foster mother admitting this fact. He was actually quite calm and respectful considering.
But don't tell Christy Clark that! She doesn't care either! Kinda like my family....
Oh yeah, my father is not allowed to say my name publicly. He isn't allowed to attempt to contact me directly or indirectly and the RCMP are given the authority to arrest him without warrant now.
I haven't been seen or heard from by anyone in my family since.
