HOUSE RULES
1. Businesses ARE NOT PERMITTED to post on this page,ads for business will be deleted and the member removed.
2. Absolutely no counterfeit/copy/replica/ offensive weapons/offensive materials to be sold on this page.
3. Please do not post up asking people to go to a page and vote for you in a competition.
4. Once an item has sold, please try remember to delete the post;
5. Please only bump your posts once every 3 days. Repeat posting or "bumping" doesn't give other people who have stuff to sell a chance as your "bump" is always at the top;
6. When PM-ing, remember that if it doesn't appear in your messages folder, to check your "other" messages folder as it normally appears here due the person being part of a group. (Technically not a rule, I know!)
7. Please refrain from posting up multiple pictures for the one item you are selling. Please organise to send additional pictures with the potential buyer directly via email/text etc. Multiple pictures of any item will be deleted without notice.
8. Please do not keep posting the same picture over and over again. Please take the time to find your original picture and bump it up. Multiple pictures of the same item will be deleted without notification.
9. If you have committed to purchase an item and circumstances change, please have the respect to contact the seller and advise so they can repost it. Repeat offenders of this rule will be deleted and banned.
10. If someone makes an offer that is lower than your original asking price, and you accept it, this becomes the new asking price.
11. No abusive language or threats will be tolerated. People who breach this rule will be deleted and banned permanently without notification.
12. If you have more than 5 items to sell, PLEASE DO NOT BUMP EVERY SINGLE ONE AT THE SAME TIME. Please bump MAX 5 items at any one time. People are not getting a chance to sell their stuff due to the page getting flooded by one seller. I will be strict on this and will impose a "3 strikes and your out" policy
13. The sale of animals in this group is not allowed
14. Due to the duplication of posts certain suppliers will no longer be admitted as members, these include, but are not limited to, the likes of FM perfumes and Ann Summers.
15. Be careful and show commonsense particularly when buying electrical items. Make sure you can see the item working before you hand over your money.
16.Thread spoiling (random comments and unfair price comparison) is not allowed.
