LANDLORDS/MANAGERS and is an
opportunity for local landlords to network on issues important to Amherst landlords . We now have over 100 local landlords in membership and 993 rental units covered by our association. We provide useful tips and advice on creating and maintaining attractive properties, a list of tradespeople to assist us in that goal and information on recent changes to the Residential Tenancies Act of Nova Scotia. The group also provides an opportunity to privately discuss tenant references between the specific parties involved. Every landlord should follow up on both work and landlord references, in an effort to protect our investments and to ensure other tenants in our units have safe, quiet and decent homes.
