Brief History about our ancestor:
Siraja Tambun and Pintahaomasan br.Manurung had three sons: Tambun Mulia , Tambun Saribu dan Tambun Marbun .
Tambun Mulia had two sons and they are Tambun Uluan and Tambun Holing.
Tambun Uluan stayed in Uluan and the descendants using Tambun family name.
Tambun Holing went to Tambunan and had three sons, they are Raja Ujungsunge, Tuan Pagar Aji and Datu Tambunan Toba.
One of the sons from Tuan Pagar Aji named Mata Sopiak went to Angkola and used DAULAY last name.
While, Datu Tambunan Toba had three sons; Raja Baruara , Lumban Pea and Lumban Gaol.
Since then, Baruara,Lumban Pea and Lumban Gaol are used to indicate which Tambunan they are from.
