This is a group specifically for families in the Concord/Pittsburg/bay point area and surrounding areas, to sell/buy from one another. Rules:
1.Be polite at all times
2.If you plan to buy from someone please be respectful and don't cancel last minute. If you say you will buy, plan on it already being a permanent deal.
3. if someone comments on your item, go in order of who has commented first, regardless of if they plan to buy or not, this is the polite and right thing to do. Then if they say they're uninterested move onto the next person, and so on and so fourth! Give them at least 24 hrs to respond to you.
4. Make sure to put the price, location of pick up, and sizes of items, good description, etc.
5. Put BUMP in the description of your item if it hasn't sold in a few days or if it's already sold so it can be deleted. Don't want the wall to get too full.
6. Make sure your pricing is affordable, at least 50% less than retail price. That will make selling much easier. No one is going to want to buy something that is over priced.
7. No selling of animals period! Please respect this rule. This is for the safety of the animals.
8. No selling of any replica purses whatsoever. That is illegal as is.
9. Lastly make sure your item is in good condition, at least some what. Doesn't have to be new with tags, but not completely gross looking.
