On 27th of september 2014 my heart failed and I was in an induced coma with both a ventilator breathing for me and a pump taking the work off my heart ..
When I came round I was in a bad way I was told I may not recover fully and that I would have to take it easy for a long time and I was very very sick ....
3:days out of hospital I decided I was not afraid and started walking everyday and very shortly after start doing 5 press ups every morning...to begin with these would make me very ill and put me back im bed but regardless everyday I did them and as I became more able I increased the workload and the walking and just have not stopped that combined with strict diet has brought me back from death and im here to tell you right now that what ever your goal never give up no matter what the obstruction even with heart problems or illness with dedication courage and the lack of self doubt and fear we can all achieve our goals
So im telling you .....
YES YOU CAN DO IT

This group is for grafters those few who are willing to work help and motivate themselves and others with the aim of living healthier happier lives
When you are determined and striving for a healthy life you become in the minority unfortunately ...you are not in the minority here.. we are all working hard here..and although are goals differ our courage is equal
