The Ballantrae Subdivision resides in Flossmoor, Illinois just north of the intersection of Vollmer Road and Crawford Road, approximately 30 miles south of the Chicago Loop. The Ballantrae Subdivision has 196 single-family homes or lots, over which 80 percent are occupied. The subdivision has existed since the late 1990's. and its growth has taken place in five phases.
