I will be doing a detox from March 3rd-April 3rd of this year in preparation for WGI ("Debbie") finals this year again. Last year was a success! Dropped 15lbs, my skin was clearer and I slept better at night! I am going to post the weekly menu and what you need to get at the grocery store for that week! The first week is only fruit and veggie smoothies with nuts as a snack. Second week introduces cooked fruits and veggies and proteins (fish) Third and fourth week introduce chicken and beef!
