Physie (pronounced "fizzy") as it is commonly known, is a unique dance sport that combines aspects of ballet, modern dance, yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi in standing and floor exercises.
Physie is a great way to increase physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, posture and confidence in a fun and friendly atmosphere through team and individual competitions.
