Edward Hospital Share is a chapter of the national organization, Share Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support, Inc. This group is intended to provide support for those who have experienced a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth or neonatal death. This group is not intended to give out medical advice, but to provide a network for families to share their experiences and provide support to one another.
Our mission is to serve those whose lives are touched by the tragic death of a baby through pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or in the first few months of life.
While Share's primary focus is to offer support to grieving families at the time of and/or following the death of a baby, we are also privileged to provide information, education and resources regarding the needs and rights of bereaved parents and their families to caregivers, hospital staff, clergy and other professionals.
