If there are any concerns or questions you may have for the The Huntington Master Homeowner Association please contact First Service Residential directly at (702)-737-8580. If you would like to be heard on a specific matter please call them directly or attend a meeting. Meeting times and dates are usually mailed out to homeowners or posted on the page. Homeowners AND renters are encouraged to attend.

This page was created so everyone in our community can communicate about things going on in our neighborhood. Lost or found pets, block barbecues, play dates, garage sales, crime, etc. The main focus is to develop relationships with one another to create a safer, more enjoyable, tight knit community. Help us expand our page by telling a neighbor about us :)
Group Guidelines:
1. Do not be disrespectful or rude at any time. It's ok to voice your opinion, but please keep any trash talk, rudeness, or degrading comments to yourself.
2. You may post items for sale however you must remove them after 2 weeks if not sold in order not clutter the feed. If you would like to push your item to the top for another round of views, you may type in "bump" as a comment in the original post. Remember to notice the "Seen by ___" checkmark on your post. If most of the members have seen it and haven't commented then chances are you may have better luck selling it on another page or Craigslist. Please delete post after item has been sold.
3. Anytime anyone comments on any post it jumps to the top of the feed. If you would like to push your post to the top of the feed for additional views, please locate your original post and comment on it rather than reposting it. This will help keep the feed less cluttered and easier for members to locate an older post they may be trying to find. This also goes for selling an item.
