Background:
为了回应国家高等教育普及化所带来的挑战和机会，马来西亚卫理公会华人年议会在1993年12月11日正式推展 “大专福音事工” (Chinese Tertiary Education Ministry, 简称 CTM)。
2011年马来西亚全国拥有20所国立大学、45所私立大学和439间学院及27所师训学园。得着大专、等同得着明天，也等同得着新的一代。因此，校园福音工作不宜怠慢！大专事工期望动员基督徒讲师，及基督徒学生：召集他们，培训、组织、动员他们。帮助他们有异象、有使命、有支援、有后勤的推广校园福音事工，建立门徒。 目前，本大专事工涵盖12 间卫理大专团契，2 个师范团契及其他有大专生的青年团契/小组。
