Raison d'être of the group: Supporting the development of Pilates/Contrology by providing a forum for the professional Pilates community.
Here are the Basic rules and etiquette that all members should follow.
• Learn, Share, Support and Enjoy the online conversation.
• Feel free to post anything related to Pilates, with the exception of events. There is a separate Pilates Contrology Forum Facebook page for Event postings.
• Pilates apparatus or products for sale should not be posted in the Main Forum, there is a separate Forum for those types of listings
• Your posts can be informative, entertaining, personal, or
• Feel free to suggest/add other professional Pilates colleagues.
• If posting photos, the photo must be your property and/or you have been granted permission to use the photo.
The following actions are unacceptable:
1. Pure advertising and /or repetitive advertising.
2. Personal insults or bullying
In both cases the moderators of this group are entitled and obliged to delete posts and will utilize the following protocol.
A message will be sent to the person posting the unacceptable action.
This is only a two step process which follows this order:
There will be only one warning re the unacceptable behavior and the second time we observe the unacceptable behavior we will delete this person permanently from our community Forum.
Additional rules for blogs:
A) Only blogs can be posted which do not require any email address to obtain the full content of the article which was linked
B) No links to blogs posts are allowed which obviously lack any relevant news content. In both cases moderators will directly delete the link to the blog. In case of repetitive behaviour a warning will be send as described above.
C) Professional bloggers are only allowed one link to one of their blog posts every two months.
