Southern Colorado Pit Bull Advocates are a group of owners and advocates of pit bull and pit bull mixes in Southern Colorado. Our mission is to be a resource in our local community for pit bull owners and advocates with the goal of improving the image of pit bull and pit bulls mixes. We want to encourage open communication and support one another through education and responsible pet ownership.
SCPBA promotes the use of positive, pet-friendly training techniques for all dogs that are pain-free and force-free. Through training, we believe owners can deepen their relationship with their dogs, work through common behavior issues, and help their dogs become welcome members of our community.
