SZ Riders of Cebu is a online group, reuniting Yamaha SZ-R Owners. Our Goal is to build trust, friendship, share thoughts and ideas how to maintain our beloved SZ-R

We all started as members of a Manila created FB page. Then there was a clamor among Cebuanos to create our own group. Wolfgang Chua and Rey Ramas got the ball rolling by creating our very own FB page.(www.facebook.com/groups/sz16ceburiders/) People then started joining in whether by invites or simply discovering us on FB.
We got started September 27, 2013 when we did our first meet and greet. During that meeting, we decided on our group name, logo, membership hierarchy and upcoming activities. It was a consensus among the group that we will not have a set of officers but instead we will appoint a flag bearer who will represent the club.
Attendees of that first meeting which we now call the First batch instead of founders were:

These 9 gave birth to what we call now as SZ Riders of Cebu.
We then had a series of meet ups/bonding moments leading to our very first official ride which was held last October 12-13, 2013. We headed South of Cebu all the way to Oslob and then spent the night over at Alcoy.
Over food and drinks, we have realized that we are just not club members but have become family in the short span of time that we have spent together. A strong indication that this club will surely stand the test of time.
As of today, we have 31 members in our FB page. We are coming up with strategies to invite more SZ owners in Cebu to join us. Hopefully as we become known in the community, we will become one of Cebu's formidable motorcycle clubs.
