1. The primary purpose is garage sales in the Homewood Flossmoor area. We also like to hear about surrounding areas so feel free to post those too. I will also post articles, memes, etc about garage sales as well as some local events please do so as well.
2. You are welcome to sell your own items and post iso's. Please make sure you post pictures of the actual item, not stock photos, and we ask you make them accessible to people in the HF area.
3. You are welcome to advertise local and home businesses. However, there are lots of pages that cater to this and it is highly suggested you concentrate efforts there, just for your own edification because garage sailing is all about finding the lowest best bargain. There's probably not many people here looking to pay full price for homemade crafts and edibles.
4. If you do have a problem with a business advertised on this page let me know. Two negative reports and you will be removed.
5. Rental properties, homes for sale, remodeling and handyman work are all fine.
6. No dog breeders or other animals for sale unless you are a reputable 501c3 animal sanctuary or shelter.
